Savór Tapas Bar | Our Story

Small plates, big room, one table at a time

Small plates, big room, one table at a time

Savór is Amarillo's tapas and cocktail destination — intimate, urban, and designed for the kind of evening that stretches past the last plate. The ritual starts the moment you sit down.

Where the word "tapas" comes from

The word tapas means "to cover" — rooted in the Spanish custom of placing a small plate over a wine glass while socializing. At Savór, that tradition becomes the whole philosophy: order several, share them, and let the conversation do the rest.

The room was built to feel like somewhere else — a speakeasy-inflected urban bar with teal-lit walls, birdcage pendants, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Settle into a booth or pull up to the bar; either way, you're not in a hurry.
